The Governing Body wish to appoint an experienced Pastoral Manager to join the recently appointed Headteacher and well-established staff at St Mary’s. This is an exciting opportunity to help underachieving pupils overcome their barriers to learning whether inside or outside of school. The aim of this post will be to transform young people’s attitudes towards school, help them gain confidence and achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with our team, to support children who have a range of social and emotional, mental health and behavioural difficulties.
